Quit Smoking at my own
Welcome Guys. I would say first give a round of applause to your-self if you started thinking about quit smoking. No really, reaching to a point where you want to stop smoking take guts. If you reached on conclusion to stop smoking than this is right places. I would like to share my experiences as well as some tips which will help you to stop smoking without any medicines or any other side effects.
Who I am?
I am successful smoking quitter, who has been smoking from last 15 years, yes you read it right from last 15 years. It’s not only last 15 years, also I used to smoke 15-20 cigarettes a day. Initially I didn’t realize where I am getting stuck day by day. Later when I realize it was too late and I was habitual to smoking. My parents/relatives/neighborhood everyone not only knew about my smoking habit but also, they knew how much I smoke. Sometimes I used to smoke couple of cigarettes back to back. I Still remember the day when one of my neighbour told my dad that your son smokes 2-3 cigarettes back to back. I planned to stop smoking cigarette effective from that day, but you know well if you are a smoker that you cannot stop smoking like this. I know many people did this, but I wasn’t that strong as well as I didn’t have that much strong will power.
